Wisconsin Winter

Hello all of you faithful blog readers.  It has been a bit since we have posted anything new.  Winter has finally hit Madison Wisconsin very hard.  We got about 17inches of snow just the other day!!  LOTS of shoveling!  Very beautiful though.  Mother Nature sure is a trip!  So, yesterday when we were to have pickups, we decided againsed going to the Kitchen and working.  Today is a day of work.  Deliveries, brewing and getting all of our ducks in a row to set our first order of 16oz. bottles!!!  Hooray!  We know that many people don't buy NessAlla Kombucha because it only comes in the half gallon sizes.  Commitment issues, we understand.  These lovely little beauties will be on the shelves by February.  We will have our same flavors, Blueberry, Passionfruit, LemonGrass Ginger, and Oolong.  We will also make available a seasonal flavor that will change on the Equinox and Solstices.

It has been a bit of a struggle to find the perfect bottle.  Many variables had to be solved.  How many oz?  How to do the labels?  Where to get the bottles?  Price is a huge factor because we want to be able to be comprable with the National Brands of Kombucha.  When we have the 16oz, we will be able to serve a wider variety of places.  This will mean much more work.  Lucky for us we have a new apprentice that actually has the time to help us in our odd hours and last minuet requests. 

Please take a look at our events page and keep up with where we will be next.  We just got into the Green Owl on Atwood Ave. in Madison, as well as the Glass Nickel on Atwood on the East side of Madison.  We will be having tastings soon at some our Madison locations.  Starting in February we will be teaching classes for brewing and setting up our guerilla marketing strategies for infiltrating the Chicago market.  Please let us know if there are any places you think our Kombucha would be a good fit.
