Tastings!!!
A very wise friend of mine said, "if you wan to sell your product, you have to do tastings, tastings, and more tastings." That's what we are doing. This week NessAlla Kombucha was out at the Green Day fair in Madison. Our lovely Addie was on the scene and ran out. She must have served over 500 cups to taste and they all went down with a smile. We will also be tasting personally at the Willy Street Co-op on Wednesday the 21st from 4-6pm. People are loving our Kombucha. We have had some great press lately with our articl in the Willy Street Reader, our interview on WYOU, and another article done by Katherine Sacks that you can find here http://news.medill.northwestern.edu/chicago/news.aspx?id=162857. Things are going very well for us.
Our kitchen is getting to be so small! However we are making adjustments in order to fit and expand in our little space. Meanwhile we are working on our five year plan and three year financial plan in order to ove into a much bigger space.
We may have even found a bottle washer to rent that will fit in our space....We are very excited about that.
The East side farmers market is starting May 11th from 4-7pm every Tuesday for the summer. It is located at the Wil Mar center on Jenifer. We will also do the East Side Farmers market in Milwaukee at Beans and Barley every other Saturday from 10am-1pm. Then on Wednesdays, we will be at the Andersonville Farmers Market in CHicago from 4-8pm on Berwyn and Clark St. Please come by and check out our local seasonal brews that we will make exclusively for the markets. Here you can purchase SCOBY's and kits as well as the 64 and 16oz bottles. We will be using locally harvested herbs and fruit as well as experimenting with new daring flavors. We also intend on selling herb infused Kombucha vinegars. When Kombucha ferments for an extended period of time, it turns to basically vinegar. It can be used just like it for marinating, making vinnegrettes, cleaning, hair rinsing and anything else you would use regular vinegar for. Once kombucha has reached this acidity, it has eaten all of the sugar and so will no longer create a SCOBY.
That's all for now. We hope to see you all soon!!

Some time ago, I did need to buy a good car for my business but I did not earn enough money and could not buy something. Thank heaven my mate suggested to try to take the loans from trustworthy creditors. So, I acted that and used to be happy with my small business loan.
