Big food Industry
So yes, again it has been quite a while since I have blogged my kombucha infused thoughts. The events of my day have spurred me to write. I just recently watched the film Food Inc. If you have not seen it yet, please take the time to do so. I'm sure many of you who are interested in Kombucha already know quite a bit about the food industry in America. I thought I did too. I really didn't grasp how vast and dominating it really is in our country. I am deeply saddend and outraged by what is, has and will contunue to happen right under our noses should we choose to keep ignoring it. The domination and controll that so many of these corporations have is staggering. According to the movie Monsanto owns over 70% of soy and corn in the country. It's ALL GMO. SMall farmers have it rough and have to try and go up against these giants, only to be squashed without so much as a downward glance. It truly is up to all of us to turn the market. To show that organic is important to us. Wal-Mart now has many organic products. It's not because they are suddenly concerned with the environment, it's because that is what people are demanding. We all have a choice. I know that it's expensive. I live in a six person household that needs to be fed. Buying fresh Organic food is expensive, but I know that when I buy organic and support my local farmers, I feel good about what I am doing. I know that it's right and I am completely willing to spend more on it.
Though I am saddened by the current situation of our country in many, many ways, I find the brilliant bits of light in my life. When I make my deliveries of Kombucha to my local places, I am greeted with smiles and sometimes even cheering. I watch these businesses thriving and growing and I am proud to be a part of it. People want to live in this beautiful world, and we would like to keep it beautiful. I also see it in my own children. It clearly reflects in thier behavior and mine when we eat fresh and local. These corporations may have a TON of money, but our pennies and dollars decide what they produce. Buy organic and local as much as you can, every little bit helps. We need to turn this industry around before we totally mess this beautiful place up. Plant yourself a little garden, or a big one! This isn't just a bunch of hippie bull sh!* talking any more. This is real life human stuff that we are all a part of. Sorry for the preachy blog people, but this is our reality and if we all pitch in a little it helps a lot.
May you never thirst, and never hunger and always have someplace warm to go.

Every body remembers that men's life is not cheap, but some people need money for various things and not every man earns big sums money. Thence to get some loans and just sba loan would be good way out.
