Old Sugar Brandy with a wash of Honey Liquer shaken, strained and finished with Lemongrass Ginger Kombucha

Lilac Cantaloupe Collins Cocktail Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Lilac Cantaloupe Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Death's Door Gin
  • 
Shake with ice and pour into a highball reserving the ice
  • 
Finish with NessAlla Juniper Rose Kombucha

Old Fashioned muddled pomegranite and lemon bitters, Old Sugar Distillery Cane and Abe Rum, Queen Jennie Sorgham Whiskey and Old Sugar Brandy Station Brandy finished with Nessalla Seasonal Kombucha

Careless Whisper

prepare in a punch bowl for your holiday party..

  • 2 bottles of Sparkling White Wine (something dry like a Cava)
  • 1/2 cup Quince and Apple Lime and Cucumber Simple Syrup
  • One 64 oz. growler of NessAlla Kombucha ( Raspberry, or LemonGrass Ginger )
  • serve individual portions in a champagne flute or wine glass
  • garnish with twists of lemon 

 

The Dylan Brogan

1 1/2 oz. Death's Door Gin
1 oz. Nessalla Oolong Kombucha
1/2 oz. St. Germain liqueur
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
Two Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass

Black Currant, Raspberry Margarita Recipe:

  • Take a palmful of fresh black currants, muddled in a double rocks glass with an ounce of lime juice and a half ounce of honey
  • Add ice and 2 ounces of silver tequila (Milagro or El Jimador recommended)
  • Shake and return to glass, reserving ice
  • Finish with a float of NessAlla Raspberry Kombucha

  • .5 oz Quince and Apple Honey Lemon Simple Syrup 
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass 
  • float of Turmeric, Lemon and Ginger NessAlla Kombucha
  • garnish with a twist of orange
